Terms of Service
※Please read it before applying for a commission.※
It is considered that you agreed with the Terms of Service upon application for commission.
REFUSAL MATTER
In this case, it may be rejected.
● a customer under 18
● fursuits for sexual purposes
● a customer suspected of stealing another person's design
In the case of minors, the legal guardian may destroy the contract made by the minor, so it is impossible to apply.
Applicants who apply for the above contents may be disadvantageous to application, purchase and repair later.
In addition, Purple Bat and other people who act as a threat to others have the right to refuse production.
PAYMENT METHOD
Overseas payment is only possible by PayPal, and it is set by applying the exchange rate and PayPal fee at the time of payment of the remittance fee.
Please apply for installment payment only for those who have a clear installment plan. (For more information, please refer to the payment in installments.)
At least 50% must be paid to start production.
Applicants must deposit within 24 hours after checking the payment link, and the application will be canceled if 24 hours pass without contacting them.
※If you would like to cancel your purchase, please let me know at least one month before the scheduled date to start making fursuits.
We will return all of the money you have already paid except for the cost of materials purchased for manufacturing.
※After production begins, we will refund you according to the production progress, and the regulations are as follows.
○Refund regulations according to production progress○
● Work stage where only the head base is made and the design of a specific character is not revealed much (20% progress)
- a 70% refund of the amount paid
● Work phase in which the design of a specific character, such as head base, eyes, hands, and tail, begins to be revealed (40% progress)
- a 50% refund of the amount paid
● Head base fur work (60% or more) - non-refundable
We will send you the completed parts of fursuits that were canceled in the progress stage, and discard all fursuits that were not started or were being made.
During production and payment in installments, contact is unilaterally lost without justifiable reasons, and production is canceled even if it disappears for more than a month.
In this case, we will refund you according to the above regulations, and the fursuits that are being made or completed will be stored for up to three months and destroyed.
The fursuits that have already been completed are not be refunded.
Customers who cancel their purchase while making fursuits without justifiable reason cannot apply for a personal fursuits custom-made commission or purchase purple bat fursuits for one year immediately after cancellation.
INSTALMENT
It can be paid for at least 1 month to up to 12 months while waiting for the production of the fursuit
At least 50% must be paid before production begins.
Also, when you apply for split payment, please make sure to set the split plan and fill out the commission application form.
You have to pay the full price before the completion of the fursuit, and we will send you the completed fursuit only when it is confirmed that you have paid in full.
● Number of months that can be paid in installments
$1000 - up to 3 months
$3000 or less - up to 6 months
$5000 or less - up to 10 months
FURSUIT REPAIR AND WARRANTY
fursuit manufactured by Purple Bat guarantees quality for one year from the date of receipt. (After one year, it will be converted to paid repair.)
However, even during the free warranty period, damage caused by the buyer's negligence and aging are excluded from the free repair.
(A round trip shipping fee is charged separately for both free and paid repairs.)
If you would like to have it repaired, please send us a detailed description of what needs to be repaired and a photo or video attached to purplebat781@gmail.com.
※ Because one manufacturer produces and repairs, it sometimes takes some time to proceed at the same time.
※ Fursuits made by Purple Bat are not covered by the free warranty if they are arbitrarily requested to be repaired by another company or individual without consultation with Purple Bat.
In addition, we do not repair parts of fursuits that include parts modified or repaired by other companies or individuals other than Purple Bat for free.
(Examples of variations: fursuit heads with horns, etc., originally had no horns.)
This is because individuals or businesses who have repaired or modified the fursuit without consulting the Purple Bat may damage the fursuit's original appearance.
And if the method or material used in the repair and transformation process damages the fursuit's original appearance, the responsibility lies with the customer who requested repair and transformation to another company or individual without consulting with Purple Bat.
However, please feel free to contact us at any time as we can request repairs from other companies or individuals, or for parts of the Purple Bat fursuit that do not contain any modifications, can still be repaired free of charge for a year from the time of completion.
* Repair: Fixing fursuits to the appearance immediately after completion of the fursuits (design and restoration of materials used in fursuits)
* Deformation: Damage to the appearance immediately after the production of the fursuit in Purple Bat (damage to the design and materials used in the fursuit) and damage to the original appearance, such as loss of original function, etc
* Original appearance: Pursuit design and status at the time of completion at Purple Bat
QUOTE INQUIRY AND COMMISSION APPLICATION METHOD
1. Quotation inquiries are available at all times, and when you receive the quotation, we will inform you of the month when the next commission is scheduled.
(However, please understand that the production, the issuance of the estimate, and the response to the inquiry are all carried out alone, so the response may be late.)
2. We need an estimate to fill out the commission request form, please fill out the estimate inquiry form first.
(Please refer to the Purple Bat fursuit order item for Purple Bat fursuit order.)
3. The commission is open once every six to eight months, and only one to five people are ordered for each commission.
(The commission open cycle and the number of people who can order can be changed depending on the type or design of fursuits made. )
4. Issuance of quotation, application for commission, order of fursuit
Complete the Quote Inquiry Form → Check the Quote attached to the email sent by Purple Bat → Complete the commission request form → Contact the applicant email and inform personal notice → Deposit payment by PayPal → Guide to order details and production schedule → Complete the order
5. If there are many applicants,
After checking the important factors in the production of the character's design, color, and detail, we select the applicant who applied for the character of the design that can be made well or wants to be made.
You can apply for the Purple Bat fursuit that is currently sold on the website even if it is not during the commission period.
6. In case of commission cancellation
Open the next commission early without selecting new applicants.
PURPLE BAT FURSUIT
You can purchase the original design of Purple Bat Fursuit, and Fursuit designed by other artists.
Purple Bats have designs that you collaborated with or purchased with other artists.

Fursuits in this gallery can be ordered at any time.
Press the Order button under the gallery to fill out the order form.
Depending on the current order situation, there may be fluidity in the production time or waiting time.
※The moral rights of the character design belong to the designer, and some intellectual property rights are transferred. (You can do activities such as commissions and goods production within the character's non-commercial use)
※When purchasing a character (fursuit), some intellectual property rights are transferred so that personal goods can be produced.
In the case of commercial use of characters, we will connect you so that you can consult with the original author.

※ BLACY ROMOON's design has additional precautions, so we will inform you separately when you purchase it.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Send via EMS, charge extra for delivery
If any damage is found after receiving it, please let us know as soon as possible (up to 14 days) (GMT+9 basis).
You can choose between regular or insured shipping, and additional shipping costs and customs duties may be incurred for insured shipping. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of general delivery.
Damage compensation for damage and loss during delivery follows the EMS standard, and the standard is as follows.
Where damage is not compensated
1) Where mail is lost, stolen, or damaged due to force majeure such as fire, natural disasters, etc.
2) In case of the reason attributable to the sender
- If mail is damaged due to poor packing
- If the mail is damaged due to the nature of the contents
3) In the case of confiscation or disposal by the relevant authorities due to prohibited goods, etc.
4) If the recipient receives the mail without objection.
※In case of overseas shipping, tariffs may be imposed according to the laws of the country of residence, and tariffs will be borne by the buyer. In addition, Purple Bat is not responsible for loss or damage in general overseas shipments without insurance.
